These Terms govern your use of TITANIUM: RAW DATA TERMINAL PRO ("the Service"), operated by SEHY ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TITANIUM PRO is a quantitative data aggregation instrument. It collects public market data, computes mathematical metrics from it, and compiles that data into a text payload which you may copy into a third-party AI model of your choosing.
TITANIUM PRO does not generate buy or sell signals, does not predict prices, does not recommend trades, and is not a financial advisor, broker, or portfolio manager. Any analysis produced by a third-party AI model from our data is that model's output, not ours. All trading decisions are yours alone, and you bear full responsibility for them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial data tools in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Market data is sourced from third parties (including Binance and Yahoo Finance). We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or timely. Upstream providers may fail, rate-limit, or change without notice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind.
You may not: resell or redistribute the Service or its data; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; use automated systems to extract payloads at scale; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three (3) months.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We collect as little as possible.
We never see your payment card. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We receive only your email address and a Stripe customer reference. We do not store, and cannot access, your card number.
Only with processors necessary to run the Service:
We do not share your data with anyone else.
We keep account data while your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle billing disputes and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact sehy@thenextphase.tech — we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Reset tokens are stored only as hashes. Traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We want you to only pay for something you actually find useful. This policy is deliberately plain — no traps.
We offer a low-cost 7-day plan specifically so you can evaluate the full Service before committing to a longer term. We strongly recommend starting there.
Credit packs are refundable in full within 14 days if unused. If you have used some credits, we may refund the unused portion at our discretion. Fully consumed packs are not refundable.
TITANIUM PRO sells data and computation, not trading outcomes. We do not issue signals or promise profits. Losses incurred from trades you chose to place — including trades informed by AI analysis of our data — are not refundable.
If you paid and did not receive your login credentials, that is our problem, not yours. Contact us with your payment email and we will either provision your access immediately or refund you in full. Do not file a chargeback before contacting us — we will fix it faster.
Message @SehyTrader on Telegram or email sehy@thenextphase.tech with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Trading leveraged instruments, foreign exchange, commodities, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
Nothing produced by TITANIUM PRO — including the telemetry payload, the metrics, the charts, or any analysis generated by a third-party AI model from our data — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or dealer.
The Service is designed for you to paste data into an external AI model. Those models can be confidently wrong. An AI stating a "win rate percentage" is producing a rhetorical estimate, not a statistically validated figure. Do not treat AI output as a guarantee of any outcome. Always apply your own judgment and risk management.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. No metric, indicator, or backtest offered by this Service predicts future price movement.
